2016/7 SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. To enter, complete an entry form, or the electronic contest entry form online. All entries must be completed separately. Final contest giveaway ends on June 30, 2017. You may obtain an official entry form by writing of Euro-Tech, Inc. 313 West Irving Park Road Bensenville, IL 60106.
2. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Euro-Tech, Inc. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. No purchase or in-home product demonstration required to win. Winners will be notified by mail. The prize drawings will be made from all eligible entries. Euro-Tech, Inc. will choose winning entries by random drawing. If any winner fails to comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, or is ineligible to receive a prize, or does not claim the prize within 30 days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate party selected by a second random drawing conducted in accordance with these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations. Euro-Tech, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for failure to contact a potential prizewinner who provides incorrect or incomplete contact information. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. Winner may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notifications attempt. Entry constitutes 1) permission to use winner’s names and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law, and 2) permission to be called and texted for advertising purposes through an autodialing phone system. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misguided, illegible, or late mail entries.
3. PRIZES: Char-Broil 500 5 burner Cabinet Gas Grill with retail value of up to $500. In the event this model is unavailable Euro-Tech, Inc. may substitute a similar Grill valued between $400 and $500.
4. Sweepstakes open to residents of Greater Chicago IL, Greater Rockford, IL, Greater Milwaukee WI, 21 years of age or older. Employees and their families of Euro-Tech, Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible. This offer is good only in the Greater Chicago IL, Greater Rockford, IL, and Greater Milwaukee, WI areas and subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
